When can I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 5:00 p.m. (GMT), we’ll begin processing it the same business day. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery to the United Kingdom generally takes 6-12 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.


Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Standard shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no additional import fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery.
